Q: How do I view videos that I have purchased?
A: Purchased on-demand videos, workbooks and special reports may be view by visitng your "On-Demand Library". To access, click on "My Account" and then click on "My On-Demand Library".

Q: I am having trouble viewing the video on my phone or computer.
A: Please make sure you meet the following requirements:

  • Browser: Internet Explorer7+, Firefox 3.5.7+, Google Chrome, or Safari
  • Flash Player: Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed (www.adobe.com)
  • Mobile Devices: Our videos have been tested to be compatible with iPad, iPhone and the newest Android devices.

If you experiencing any difficulties viewing your on-demand video, please use this form to contact Customer Support. A representative will respond to your request within 24 hours. Regular office hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST.

Q: What format is used for SupplySide Store DVDs?

A: All DVDs available for purchase at SupplySide Store are formatted for Region 1, NTSC format. If you are outside of the United States, please ensure that your DVD player will play Region 1 discs.

Q: Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

A: You can only ship to a P.O. Box if using one of the USPS shipping options. UPS requires a phycial address and does not allow shipping to a P.O. Box.
